Founded in August 2022, 427 Architecture (Four Twenty-seven Architecture) specializes in delivering exceptional service for healthcare facilities (OSHPD 1, 2, & 3), K-12 schools, industrial spaces, and specialty commercial interiors. 427 Architecture routinely serves facilities in Sonoma, Napa, Lake, Mendocino, Humboldt, San Francisco, and Solano counties and is a California Certified Small Business (SB Certification #2033645).
High-Quality Every Time
427 Architecture takes a different approach to project delivery; we front-load the design with an in depth study of your systems then drive to permit submission with high-quality construction documents. Each project is looked at with individual needs, appropriate stakeholders, budgets, and time frames; each playing a key-role in development of the best solution.
We take the lead on projects in a small group round table approach where everyone gets a chance to contribute, and then drive to consensus decisions when possible. We approach project design and documentation through multiple vantage points including the Owner’s needs, user’s work flow, convenient maintenance access, and contractor’s ability to effectively construct the project.
Our Difference: Streamlined Efficiency
We combine meticulous attention to detail with a deep understanding of regulations and approval processes. We work closely with agencies like HCAI (formerly OSHPD), DSA, and city/county departments to ensure your project meets all requirements.
This overall approach works to minimizes surprises during construction and pricing, leading to a smoother overall experience. We believe in thorough project scoping to deliver clear and concise information.
427 Architecture prioritizes taking on projects that Jason Weaver can personally lead in design and actively manage. Our commitment to quality applies to projects of all sizes as we utilize the same rigorous quality control procedures regardless of scope.
427 is derived from the 427 cu in the big block V-8 motor of the 1960’s AC Shelby Cobra and GT-40; Jason’s long time favorite cars. When naming the firm, Jason sought to instill the essence of high performance in a small and agile service team.
